FAQ

Where is my data?

Only in Hetzner Online GmbH data centers in Germany. No US provider is in the sending path, not even as a subprocessor.

Do I need a DPA?

Yes, and you sign it with one checkbox at signup. Version and time are recorded in the dashboard.

Will my email arrive?

Own warmed-up IPs with clean reverse DNS, separate pools for transactional and newsletter mail, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS and automatic suppression. Senders who don't keep their lists clean get paused, so everyone else lands in the inbox.

What if I send more?

Nothing expensive: when your quota is used up, sending pauses. No surprise bills. Upgrades apply at once.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Monthly, no minimum term. Export your data as JSON any time.
